In this area, I zoomed in a bit and I see the follow image, which shows no green and orange connections:

The selected road, with the "Highlight connections" box checked, shows no connections to the roads around it. You need to connect segments to others, at least once for each roadway coming into a junction. Then, if all turns are allowed at this intersection, click the junction itself, then "Enable all turns".

You shouldn't have to delete and recreate every road for those 6s in your permalink. Are you sure clicking the node and the "Enable all turns" isn't working?

Control click to select two roads on each side of the junction then "connect road by order..." then click the junction and enable all turns. Works for me.

If you are new to editing in waze i would forget about the map problems layer for the moment!

Might work yes but in my case I had to finally delete the road and add it again. Now it works perfect
