I'm using WME on INTL server 1 hour ago. It's working.

it's working, but extremely irritating - road layer is slow in downloading : sometimes I stil see the previous roadlayer on a renewed aerial, at some point I don't know anymore what i'm zooming in or out at (it's been for a few days now, sometimes better, than trouble again) - in wme and beta-editor

WME is getting screwy again. I find it's losing it's lock between the road and satellite views, particularly when I'm zooming in. Also, when this happens the street map link goes blank. The streets get offset by a few blocks from the aerial map. It's been happening continually.

When I highlight a street by hovering, it shows up at the right spot. Changing the zoom obviously makes it worse, not better, but resetting it (via permalink) works (for a while.)

I'm sure a permalink won't show anything as it will be reset, but I did take a screen capture.

This has been noted. In our WME beta thread, I've noted the following errors being thrown in the console:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'getID' of undefined WME-7e6b921f.js:19
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'x' of null OL-818eeb2c.js:107

a few more screenshots:

it happens after zooming in- and out - permalinks works, until you decide to zoom in

I experience the same in beta-editor and international wme

I wasn't getting this issue last night, but it's happening now. When I zoom in, the zoom level icon locks up and the map switches out of satellite view if selected. The map also resets its position a bit and then freezes at its current zoom/location.

do you know if there's a dedicated thread for the zoom/layers issue? I looked through the forum a bit but couldn't find one. seems to have started about the same time the chat appeared (25dec?). I would like to follow that thread so I know when it's fixed. WME is pretty much unusable for me right now :(

WME loading/zooming issues

Postby Fredo-p » Fri Dec 27, 2013 5:20 am

Since the unexpected roll out of the chat feature, there have been some issues with WME. I know that the NA & Canada server went down for a bit but was up later. However, there are still issues being experienced (tile loading, road overlays, zooming, choosing chat rooms)

Any ideas?

Want to note that the street view feature is also locking up the screen, refresh does the trick but it happens frequently.

I noticed the road/sat issue yesterday as soon as they fixed the editor issue. It does't happen all the time on zoom but that seems to be when it happens. Saving any changes and then hitting permlink seems to reset it for a while but it's very annoying.
