Nice little gadget, but you might want to limit it to WME only

From what I've seen, its Tampermonkey incarnation seems to activate on any website and every Iframe I've come across, making Tampermonkey list up to 9 active instances of your script on some websites.

Yes, it does, but it should be limited to the Waze Map Editor only.

I'd really love to have the regions be smaller than nations. The US is a very large country, and it'd be better if we could be chatting with people who are geographically closer, particularly since we can't work on edits outside of our editable areas, which tend to be MUCH smaller than the nation.

the chat box is great, and help me find an user editting in my am area ....

but hes not looking at the chat box
and he keeps adding parking lot lanes at the shopping center ...

any way to trigger an alert ?

i did add a rail road road whit an alert as name in it in the middle of is work area
ill delete it after hes in the chat

Hi, i have done simple red blinking indicator for chat, It's UserStyle (need Stylish extension):

Challange Accepted
Userstyle.org provide some nice tool for configuring style before installation, so now user can chose between this small flashing indicator from screenshot above and flashing speech baloon. Diffrent for visible and invisible mode.
A whole button is now on TODO list because it need a little more work.

I designed it for Stylish extension. Yes, userstyles.org provide some script for Tempermonkey, but as you say, its buggy.
