Cartouche World server down?

Hi,

In case I'm the only one to have this problem, please feel free to close/delete the thread, but somehow I'm not able anymore to access the world map editor.

- Live map is showing ok, but as soon as I click on 'update map', no map is showing up, and I am also not able to move the various tool-windows

I tried restarting firefox, and even my computer, but still no change o.O

Anyone else having this problem?

Btw. http://www.waze.com/cartouche/ is giving me lots of 'no requested images' :?

So much for them using http://status.waze.com/ to keep us up-to-date. Really hit and miss on their statuses. Nothing on the twitter feeds either.

I wonder if they know about ITIL and use standard best practices for change and release management?

Ok, that's reassuring :)

Let's hope then that it's the fix for all those ghost maps :)

Yep, real let down after it all looking so promising too.
An ill-kept status page is worse than useless! It's actually misinformation!

I know this is too little too late, but we really weren't aware of this issue on Friday.
There are other issues that should be listed as current problems, but I'm not sure that status page is the right place to write them. We're currently working on a new support portal and hopefully that will help us concentrate on better communications, and one source for all information.
