Create roundabout failed.

I'm trying to create a roundabout here:

I've tried with Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and IE... and see the same error message each time: Create roundabout failed.

It's a 50m roundabout. There are very few of them in my city (Calgary, Canada), and while I have successfully created small ones (<10m) on residential streets, this is definitely the largest one I've tried to create.

Yes. I've tried a few more times, and while initially the error was "Create roundabout failed." I'm now also seeing "Internal server error" on occasion.
