Hmm. Everything on the main island and Vieques appears to be extended outward by a set radius. The coastline looks ok in Cartouche with the aerial photo layer on, and roads match up with the images, so navigation and mapping shouldn't be affected.

FWIW, the coastline of the rest of the US does that too if you zoom out far enough, but zooming in corrects it.
