Cannot enable turn restrictions

Hello

I'm editing map of Paris, France.
Here

All the turns are wrong, but I cannot enable turns. I don't know what to do. I have no message of no permission. Any idea ?

Disable the "Restricted Turns" layer, it's very very broken!

Use the "Highlight Connectivity" option in the view panel instead!

You mean that if the connectivity is ok, we don't care about the restricted turns signs ?
Yep, that layer is broken so misreports restrictions!

No but I don't have problems to correct problems in the same area. Just I'm not allowed to delete roads.
