How to capture trip details in google maps?

Hi, After Waze successfully captured my trip and showed it to me in Cartouche, I imported the gpx file in Google maps to see the route i had drove on in Google maps.

The route I took came successfully on Google maps too, but can I also see the other details of my trip such as average speed, total distance(this somehow always gets imported in Google maps in 3 segments), date of travel and other vital stats of the drive etc. ?

Hi,

everything you need (like average speed) can be calculated since all information is available in the gpx files (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GPS_eXchange_Format)

I would assume that Google does simply not support the display of this additional information although it could easily be calculated. I bet that there are gpx analysers out there which would do the calculations for any gpx file you can provide.
