INTL Server not saving changes

The ROW server is not saving changes.
There are no errors. It goes through all the motions, and when the screen refreshes, it's back to the pre-change state.

I don't see anything on the status page.

Anyone else having the same issue?

I see that the changes I had make earlier have been saved. The updated segments were just not being shown in WME.

The problem is back again. at first I thought it was just the segment I was working on, but no updates are being shown.

I thought it was my cache, i cleared it 7 times and refreshed each time and nothing changed. Then I switched to incognito and huzzah everything was fixed :p

I questioned weather or not it was anything to do with the recent USA server WME upgrade. Haven't had a reply yet. Sounds like a global thing on the world server.
