is there a way to make Multiple nodes enable all turns?

Hi,
I am from India , and on lots of nodes in base map... all turns are blocked.
is there a way to select multiple nodes and enable turns??

I have already fixed some manually but its pain.. :(
if you move around my area... u can find 1000000 of such nodes...
Please help.
