I know in AZ we had some issues with the app rendering new tiles after all the FC updates. What fixed it was going to settings>data and resetting the map data. This forced a refresh and cleared all the display issues.

Try doing that and see if it clears it. If it does, then it confirms what we in AZ have speculated, that the app isn't properly updating the map and requires a manual update.

If that didn't solve anything, then it could be a ghost road that you can't see or an error on the tile updates. Either way, you should submit the screenshots to Waze support and let them know. Sounds like an app issue only they can deal with.

Crap forgot about it showing in the live map. Could you have another editor delete and redraw the segments to try and duplicate this?

Crap. No, I'm only good in New Jersey till Staten Island. See if you can't get Orbitc to try it out. Your best bet is to share this in the New York section. See if they can't notice something that you may be missing.

Better yet, post this in the New York section and ask them to pull up the address in their app. See if they can't get the same results. If they do, then you'll need to submit a support email to Waze with the screenshots so they can get into it.

I'll try to look it up on my app, even though I'm in AZ, and see if I can't find the same issues.

I was dealing with this issue in a local parking lot, and got on the horn to my local level editor/mentor.

Apparently this has to do with the angles of the junction. He suggested I make a post in the Waze app forum, as it has to do with how things are rendered, not so much with the editor. I hate to say, but I never got the round tuit to make the post.

The paragraph from the conversation I have permission to copy fro bigbear3764 is:
"The difference I see in the 2 parking lot roads running thru the gas stations is the sharp one has 2 junction nodes on it where it turns. The other just has geometry nodes for angling it. So, even if a geometry node turns 90 degrees, Waze must take that and make it a soft 90 degree turn. Where there is a junction node that turns 90 degrees, or in this case, Angle script shows them as 86 and 88 degrees, Waze makes it a sharp turn."

You mean android settings? Wouldn't that clear all my presets and favorites as well?

I did delete the files in the map directory which forced a download if all the tiles but that didn't help.
