. There are three service roads that provide shortcuts from one road to another. These are genuinely service roads, as they have no street names or properties, and are only wide enough for 1 car.
To give you an example, I might want to drive from North Lane down to South Lane. The route I would naturally take are the two service roads that go down the middle, and this is the route that Waze used to show:
However, the Waze client doesn't want me to go down the service roads any more, though it was happy to do so a couple months ago. Something was definitely changed to the routing algorithm...
(ignore the fact that the bottom service road doesn't have an average speed - this is just an example)
