Area managers on a power trip

This guy keeps putting in driveways as roads and now he's locked it so it can't be deleted. He's already been told that this isn't a road and should not be mapped as such, so he is just doing it to keep me from deleting it.

Here is some wiki guidance on driveways. In general, they are not mapped unless they serve a purpose for routing, such as the mention of longer ones (>50m) where Waze may think the driver is on a nearby street instead of the driveway. There is no road type that you can use to mark a road as a "driveway", but Private Road serves that purpose.

I sent one to the manager that told this guy not to add this road to begin with.
