Not able to edit

Hi,
Am not able to edit the map, All the options shows locked, I dont think so that i have done any improper editing to get banned, i spend genuine time on map edits and updating the landmarks, Do guide me what could be the problem / solution

Right now there are some stuff being implemented on the editor so that's why you will find some issues
Please use the search tool next time
