Saving error at certain zoom level

I was adding some places in my area. I was at the 100m/200 ft zoom level when placing the pin and adding info. When I saved, I got a save error. I zoomed out a bit to the 100m/500 ft zoom and saved again and this time, it saved correctly. I tried this a few times with the same result.

Anyone else run across this?

There is some stuff being updated on the editor

Give it a couple of hours or a day
