Sea landmark

I've got this area where sea landmark is being really weird.

At this level it looks like its not there (it doesn't show in app tho live map looks ok) but zoom in a bit and it appears. It was fine before new Places upgrade.
So now I don't know if it's there or not and should I draw a new one or not? Maybe someone from Waze can check it out?
