Hey everybody,

I try to create the road closure for my event (la Grande Course du Grand Paris) on sunday.

But my level (category 1) does not permit me to edit anything.

Someone got an idea ?

Thanks u all !!

I think it depends on how critical that bridge or tunnel is.

If there is some work that is going to close down a freeway for a weekend, then MTE for sure. Also, if it's a bridge that carries a lot of traffic across a river in the middle of a city, especially if the next nearest bridge is miles away, MTE for sure.

But if it's just a bridge in the middle of a rural highway that's gonna be closed for a few hours or even a couple days, I don't think it's really MTE worthy.

A doubt I have about is or is not a MTE:

What kind of construction can be a great event?

In WME in portuguese, "construction" category is translated to "Obras". But "Obras", in portuguese, can be used to construction of new roads or to describe manutenance in existing ones.

For example, a maintenance of a few hours in a Tunnel or in a bridge , where the transit will be blocked, should be a MTE?

Thanks

You can find it here:
https://www.waze.com/events/unready
As far as I know the events with no "Created by" are included by the Staff.

All the information in this thread is from 2013-2014 and mostly outdated.

There are new features and resources now regarding events, it's no longer only managed through online forms and spreadsheets.

Waze staff would get any submissions in here and if they need to notify Champs about something I'm sure they would do it through the Staff CM of each community like it happened before.

So, when a user send a new event from this link https://www.waze.com/events as we do to be notified?

Hey Guys, We have a BIG BIG problem!!
We not receive the email alert when a new event is added from this page https://goo.gl/ZTUL2N
So we never know when some event is inserted.
Please settled immediately otherwise the Awazeing Race can not do
