Yesterday I got this in my Wazemail

Few thinks I don't really understand.
1. Why do you send to Czech user, that is located in Belgium, a message in Hebrew about Tel Aviv Marathon?
2. What effect does have to send promo message "Start using WAZE and we will help you outsmart tradic together" to someone who is registered for over 4 years?
I mean Thank you for the announcement, I will do my best to avoid traffic in Tel Aviv by not being there

They are having an issue on polygon coordinates creating the areas of inbox messages (it seems)
