Waze forum

I noticed yesterday an event which will be on Sunday in Warsaw. Filled-out the form and got such message:
"Unfortunately, after careful consideration, we are unable to publish this event.
(...)
If you have any questions, please visit the Forum".

I asked support for help, because I'm not able to identify the reason of rejection.
For sure it was not small event (12.5k participants). Maybe it was reported too short before the event (3 days) - I don't know; I've seen requests to lock roads due to flood and for sure they were not reported in advance
Or maybe it's due to low number of users in Poland; not sure, but such feature could boost the number of users in the next days.

I'm going to report the major events in PL, but I need to know what I did wrong.

Do you know maybe whether I should let them know that I filled the next form (containing road closures) and it's now completed?

I don't know when you filled in the form, but at least two weeks before the event is best.
They need time to make the closures active

You know big events 2 weeks before they start
