No permissions for closure spreadsheet

Hallo

I entered an event for next Saturday. I got the answer that the event will be published including a link to the spreadsheet to fill in the streets.

sadly I didn't get permission for that spreadsheet. (same google account as the mail was sent to).

Could you request permission when you opened the link to the link to the spreadsheet?

When I did that, I got the permission after the event in one case. :/
