Suggested addition: Will you please consider adding a feature where one can scan for missing street names on places? The missing HN's works great. Adding the missing street would be great for places where the whole address is contained in the HN field. Thank you for taking this into consideration.

My guess is that you probably didn't have the scan area created correctly. Make sure to create an area place first but don't save the area. Then switch to WAL and create the area to scan. Once you do that you should be able to scan a small area.
You were correct. Thank you.

create a new area place in WME of the area you want to scan but don't save it. then go to the areas tab in WAL give the area you created a name under add custom area then click add. then you should see that area in the list.

i haven't been able to get the places plugin to work for the last week though.

hope that helps, o
Great explanation, thank you. The "don't save" was getting me.

I’ve found that sometimes I need to be at a lower zoom level to start. Like 4 or 5. But only sometimes.

I was all the way down to zoom 7 when I tried.
