Has anyone else been having PL issues? In particular, here's an example PL

PL doesn't have anything to do with TB, right?
I know that, but Tb was fixing the links before this change. I'm looking forward to fixed links again :)

That's not quite right. Tb did and does have a "no layer mode" to cut off the (complete) new layer switches in the permalink URL (such as "&mapProblemFilter=0"), but it never repaired malformed URL elements.
If it didn't fix them, then Waze did briefly before they messed them up further.

I browse with Google Chrome 51.0.2704.63 m (64-bit).
Oh...that's no good. With 1.6.17 on Chrome I can't reproduce the error.

WME Colour Highlights will show you where SLs aren't set.

That's my understanding/experience...unverified and "No Speed Limit" are treated the same.
