Odd, I just went into my Tampermonkey dashboard and forced an update on the script. It changed to 0.2.1 and it was working. Why do you still have 0.2.0, it's not letting you update ?

Just to remind:

That is because the country abbreviation for Russia is no RU but RS (I just checked)

gertbroos wrote:At this moment this isn't possible, because you can't set focus to one of the 2 input fields, and than click on a sign.

The only suggestion I read about this is to first click the field (for "focus") and then the road sign. And you explained that was not possible..

Would this be possible (?) :

Currently when you click (50) it adds the speed to both directions.
Imagine now if you had two other buttons with (50) on it, one that if you click only adds the speed to A>B and another button for B>A. So you don't manually select the field you want to apply the speed to, you just click one of the three (50) buttons.

But wait! I know nobody will want three buttons for each different speed. So what about a system where clicking the speed limit icon 1 time adds for both direction, 2nd click on the same icon adds only to A>B and makes the B>A field empty, and 3rd click adds only to B>A and leaves A>B empty. Basically you'd easily click 1-2-3 times the speed sign for the direction(s) you want.
Or if that is not possible, have 3 sets of speed signs that we can switch to/from with a keyboard command. You'd get the current set first that adds in both direction, but could press a certain key or SHIFT+key to make it switch to a "one direction" set of speed signs. And a little text above that shows you the current set you are using (both, A>B, or B>A) to quickly see which setting you are on.

I don't write codes or scripts so I'm only sharing my thoughts on an alternative to the suggested "click field, then sign" suggestions from before. Hope that helps towards a workaround :P

Thanks gertbroos,

Could you also add the pedesrian sign for Switzerland with 20km/h as a value and also 70km/h. Turns out they rare but still more common than I thought and the buttons could be useful.

Haven't got access to WME Beta yet, so can't check/fix this at this time :(

I don't think this is a WME Speedhelper script problem only. Others have reported having a problem editing multiple segments also for road categories and other parameters since the update, it sounds like a general issue.

Philippines was added in 0.5.3, your picture shows you have 0.5.2. Update the script ;)

As the feature has just gone LIVE for all iOS users in several countries, including Switzerland, and will be available also to Android users when 4.0 is out, I want to extend my gratitude to you gertbroos because we might have not been as many to be able to have the feature enabled by Waze this week if it wasn't for the Speedhelper script.

Of course other scripts (I can think of at least 3 or 4) to visually see segments with or without speed limits in WME helped a lot in this process too, but yours was the only one that focused on adding the speeds and made the input of km/h or mp/h values in both direction fields much faster and easier in general.

You have also been very quick to respond to the almost daily requests for new countries to support in this thread by quickly updating the script on Greasyfork.

For all of that - THANK YOU ! ;) :)

I'd like to install "WME Speedhelper" in Chrome.
I downloaded it:

But the chrome show me a comment:
"Not from Chrome Web Store."
so the extension does not start.

Could you help me to solve the problem?

You need to install the Tampermonkey Chrome extension first in order to be able to install/use the script:
