i've also noticed that sometimes when I open someone's PL, there are no highlighted segments when WME finally loads.... initially segments were highlighted during load then when finished loading, no more segments.

Can't explain it, but when I turn off kml, it seems to work again.

I'm using Chrome and cannot get KML to save the Parking Lot layer status.

I'm having problems with the Prod/Beta switch, though: I toggled it from Production, sending me into Beta. In Beta, however, the switch doesn't appear on my screen, leaving me permanently in Beta (which right now isn't pretty). Is this a script interaction issue, or something fundamental between KML and the current Beta WME?

After fiddling with toggling the prod/beta toggle on and off, it reappeared and I was able to get back to production. So, sorry I can't help replicate.

Same here. When I cleared my Chrome cache/history, now KML won't even load. Tried reinstalling, but still no KML. Get "Ruh roh..." console log entry 50 times and then "WMEKmL: KeepMyLayers could not find necessary Waze map objects."

I cleared my Chrome cache a while back and that's when KML disappeared. Could not get it back so now it's disabled, unfortunately. There must be a cookie or something that KML needed that is not formatted correctly when created in the new WME version, my guess.

True. Here's what I see using the toggle button. It's back there somewhere...
