Fixed! Cannot create a Place inside multiaction and modify it since the latest update. This means when you create a RPP using this script, you'll see the save counter increment by 2 now.

This looks to be a problem when ClickSaver isn't installed...which means I have a bad reference. I'll get this resolved today.
