I suspect an error in code or database handling incorrectly the state name referring the ' character? Equal %27 in url...

This as all other areas are correctly rendered...

I faced the same issue with another Waze stats site that was developed by someone else, so could figure out quickly.

I could see that \ fixed the two other exceptions in France as well (Cote d'or and Cote d'Armor) but we have duplicate entries in list... Not a big deal.

#2 Could see another issue with French All page for PUR pointing to... India!
