This issue exists for me 100% of the time, so other than just doing routine HN work, not sure how to show you, there's no special process to follow that I'm aware of. I'm off the map until Tuesday, so I'll try out the new release then. Thanks!

This happens to me also. Any time I move or delete a HN the line stays.

I’m free all day tomorrow if I can help trouble shooting.

A side note for this script:

When in densely populated areas, this script really can slow down WME. I don't mention this to complain or wish it was different, just to note. In these instances for me I didn't need to use the script so I turned the layer off. Just wanted to mention it.

Thanks for this great script!

For those with the lines that stick around after moving or deleting HNs, a workaround (only slightly less disruptive than reloading the whole editor) is to zoom out to a point where the lines are no longer displayed, then zoom back in.

Thanks for that tip. Much less disruptive than complete reload.

You can also do the keyboard shortcut of alt+shift+r (I believe that’s it.. mobile. If you look under keyboard shortcuts in WME it’s the map refresh one). A bug fix when I released the WazeDev version of this script was to fix that portion so it obeys the refresh correctly.

FYI only the zoom trick doesn’t work for me. Line stays no matter which zoom.

Based on responses, this is an issue affecting several editors. Is there any chance of finding a way to build this in so the script automatically invokes the ALT+SHIFT+R when panning the screen at a zoom level of say 6-7 or more? Or would that be too high impact? Maybe instead, add a new tab on the top of the left pane associated with this script expressly for this purpose, with a HN points reload button built into it kind of like how GIS-L has a "power" button built into its tab?

ALT+SHIFT+R works perfectly of course, but it's a lot of keys to stop and look at to make sure you're hitting the right ones, pretty disruptive to the workflow... for me at least.

Tangentially related at best and late to the game, but I cannot recommend strongly enough changing this keyboard shortcut to something easier. I use the - (hyphen) key for reload. It's pretty life-changing.
