Just in case you all get asked the question, TamperMonkey has been having issues updating scripts since Chrome did an update a few weeks ago that created a bug. No, it's not directly related to manifest v3, but it sure seems like it.

Anyway, I have found that the best way to make sure you are getting the updates is to completely close Chrome (kill it completely from task manager / system tray). Then right when you open Chrome again, open TamperMonkey settings and do an Update All.

After some time, Chrome's bug shows up and TamperMonkey loses its ability to check for updates (just spinning circles).

Alternatively, you can always go to each scripts GF page and update manually, but that's super annoying.
