WMECH is looking for a function called WME_JNF_FixNode - if it can't find it, then it prints that message about JNF not being active. What is it called in Toolbox?

Yes, someone else reported this. Turns out there's a typo in my code, and it's only looking at creation dates.

It'll be fixed "shortly". ;)

This week I present Beta v1.94, with some minor bug fixes:
- recent edits now use dark green to light green
- special places keep their colours, except green Parks when recent edits or editor highlight is used
- fixed bug where recently edited segments weren't being highlighted
- fixes to bad nodes highlight (thanks seb-d59)
- fixed integration with Toolbox version of JNF (thanks seb-d59)

I'm still considering how to make the segments vs. places options more flexible. Hopefully we'll see something next time.

Thank you all for your feedback so far. :geek:

I've uploaded v1.94 to Greasyfork and Chrome Store. You know what to do.

I've tweaked the Advanced options so that they are visible to anyone who is rank 3 or is an AM.
The boot mechanism has changed slightly (nicked from WAS), so that should be smoother too.

Changelog since v1.91
- Script initialises properly after logging in
- Highlighting of segments and places is better and more efficient
- Can now highlight places edited by selected editor, or within X days
- Option to highlight locked Places with red borders
- Residential point Places are cyan, exactly like house numbers
- Fixed bug with auto-lock segments which have been unlocked
- Better detection of editors in area, and which segments they edited or created
- Soft turns and rev cons should be working again (thanks seb-d59)
- Advanced features enabled for all Area Managers or Rank 3 editors
- Various other tweaks and adjustments that programmers like to do

Any issues, please post them here. I've got some ideas of how to improve the highlighting of Places, and will do some more work in that area when I can find some time. Soon.

Can you give a specific example, and tell me which highlights you have enabled? Thanks.

^ Try upgrading to v1.94, which fixes this issue. ^

This was published as a non-beta, and has Chrome extension.

Olestas wrote:Not all segments without names are highlighted. Parking lots are not highlighted. Please highlight :D
Parking lots are explicitly excluded from no name highlight, as they should not be named, in my opinion.

You can add a custom rule to WME Validator to find these if you really want to.

After an evening of busy hacking, I have an new version for you.

Please try this beta version* which adds a new option: Highlight Incomplete Places (Dashed Orange).
This will find any Place with no name, no street or incorrect categories, and draw them with dashed outlines and orange (cyan for parking lots). Some natural features (i.e. green and blue ones) are excluded.
It might still highlight Places you don't expect or want to be hightlighted, so please post your feedback.

*Requires Greasemonkey or Tampermonkey

While I accept that a few places might not have any category that fits them, I think we have very many more which could but currently have a parent category. So, I still feel it's important to flag places that use parent categories, but if they cannot be changed then we'll just have to live with that.

Perhaps I could show a dashed border for these, without the orange hightlight?
