First, thanks for adding the L5 to this sweet feature. :)
The toolbar hover-popup still shows [L6] by the way.

^^^ also noticed 19 edits added to the counter for 1 loop fix. But I guess that's just a sum of all the actions build in, right? 8-)

Just experienced a strange thing: the autosplit added a geometry node, close to the new "split"-node. In such a way, that there are overlapping segments and the TR arrows are in the wrong angle.

Didn't save it, so you can have a look here.

Thought it sounded familiar, but didn't trace it back in the thread  . Anyway, seems OyyoDams noticed now, so he has 2 examples to look at ;)

EDIT: Don't know if it helps, but the "trouble geometry node" seems to be always in the segment that has the B on the extra node.

Just installed 1.4.2.1 and found a place where the suppress unneeded junctions
Now I traced something back to this post, cause I knew i'd seen it before. ;)
Seems like this bug has returned in the new toolbox.
I just fixed 6 loops in a single action (1 screen). And the suppress unneeded junctions removed all of the added/required nodes :(

I could re-produce on that particular one as well, yesterday, before 1.4.2.4. But i don't have edit-rights there, not sure if that's the problem causing No unneeded junctions to suppress

Here's one thats' stil doing it, with 1.4.2.4; https://www.waze.com/editor/?zoom=7&lat ... 13&env=row

I can say, that I had to search for it, most didn't do it anymore. But this one did. Difference I can think of , is that I created it, just this morning, because node A was not connected.

The geo-node fix seems to work fine, thanks ;)

Still getting it. This is what the toggle autosplitloop-suppress looks like..

^^^ ok now it seems I can only do it once. If i save the split loop, and press Suppres junctions, it removes it, creating a loop. Then autosplit the loop works, and i then the node is not removed. Leaving 3 edits on the counter.
then after a save, i can do the same again, suppress junction, autosplit loop, then after that no junctions to suppress.

Edit: now it seems to be fixed.
Had this by the way, after I edited the roads near the start and end of this loop.
maybe I should have done that. (facepalm)

But, now i've put the start and endpoints back to a multiple connection node, with the north/south orientated roads connected, and again i can repeatedly split/suppress/split/suppress.
Hope this helps :)

Next Edit: did you change the script drastically? I noticed the autosplit loop is not re-creating both of the segments anymore, and only 1 edit is added.

Thanks! Geo-nodes seem to be fixed.
Suppresss unneeded junction nodes is still tricky somehow.

Isn't it posible to use the Validator method for recognising unneeded nodes? Validator doesn't Mark the previous loops nodes and does also Mark quite some more nodes which are not fixed by the suppres.... function but are indeed useless.
