Chrome webstore change in policy emails

Has any other script writer just received an email from Google referring to a change in policy as described here?.

I've just been sent one for LMUR, and I honestly have no idea what I could do to bring it into line with the policy - the email I got didn't provide any script-specific suggestions as to why the big G thinks it's out of line with the policy, which is a bit of a pain in the arse considering they must have that information somewhere in order to have flagged up the script for attention in the first place...

I haven't got one, but I guess everyone will. As the blog post says, there is no way to enforce a script to a "single purpose".

IMO the only thing they technically can do is to limit the number of panels/buttons per script in the browser's interface itself and manually review extensions with a certain amount of bad reviews.

So no worries ;)

I got the same, but I think they just picked a random script of yours to refer to.

*shrug*

I was more concerned about the email specifically referring to LMUR, whilst neither of my other two scripts have caused emails ro be generated (or maybe just not yet...), making it seem as if they *are* targetting specific scripts.
