Hello

Would you please consider removing the question mark by default when clicking on a nickname?
I know I can remove it in the menu (I did), but I find this annoying when someone talks to me and didn't modify the options.

In the french version (sorry), I have an option named "Modèle pour le bip" where I can put anything as long as it contains "{userName}".
By default (when installing the script for the first time), this field is filled with "@{userName}?".
It would be better to have "@{userName}" by default.

Even if the editor is currently "Zzzz" Chatting, when he returns, you can view the message.
But you have to stay online to keep up.

I know you are already doing something different for the CMs names, but perhaps you can use some kind of color scale for the name or the PL icon to the right of the name in the chat window?

In most cases, knowing the exact distance isn't that useful anyway, but if you could see, at a glance, approximately how far away they are, it may be helpful.

Maybe you can even make it configurable to the user, so you can give them two or three slots where they determine a distance threshold and the color they would like displayed if the editor is within that radius. This would also allow for colorblind people to choose colors, or even shades of grey, that they could distinguish between.

A sound when new messages arrive or only if my username is mentioned?

It can be muted, Validator has that option to mute sounds when doing scans. I think it is muted by default.

I just love this script and thanks to DummyD2 for creating it.

I have no idea if it is possible, but I have one suggestion. Any chance we could get a state abbreviation next to users name or chat postings; indicating where on the map (state) they are editing? It would help AM/SM search their areas for new users and help with the frequent request for a Rank[blank] to make an edit, but rarely do people mention where they are at. I look froward to what others think of my idea.

If states are too small/complex what about regions, maybe the 10 regions in the United States Forum area? Would regions make it more possible? Also I don't think updating every second would be needed; more like every 15-30 seconds. Or what about a distance calculation? I'm just brainstorming ideas... In the meantime, I will await your wonderful idea. Thanks again for all of your hard work.

I disabled all chat related scripts (Addon, Jumper, & Resizer) and chat was not working for me; could be a Waze issue!

Excellent idea and it could color their name in the chat window. A central database would be awesome, but I understand the logistic hurdles.

Edited to remove "red" since that color is already used for CMs' but red would make the most sense. Maybe CMs could be blue or green?
