As of 30 Sep 2017 the updated postcodes are here: 2017.09.30_Post Code Directory.xlsx (English) and 2017.09.30_Οδηγός Ταχυδρομικού Κώδικα.xlsx (Greek).
They do update it, so please check yourself the source from time to time: the new website of Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works / Department of Postal Services - aka Cyprus Post.

Here is a link to a file that contains names of most streets in Cyprus: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc ... sp=sharing
(note that there are multiple sheets, broken down by district etc.) You can save it from there as .xlsx or .odt
The Post Office of Cyprus used to publish these files until they stopped doing so until about a year ago. Still, it contains the names of most streets.
