I am a new user from Sri Lanka. I noticed in most of the road, the maximum speed is incorrectly marked. In Sri Lanka in many main roads, the maximum speed is 70 km/hour and in some selected ares like cities, the maximum speed is 50 km/hour.

I also noticed the speed in Southern Expressway is 80 km/hour. It should be 100 km/hour.

Is there a way to bulk update the maximum speed of roads?
