HESSA Street Extension D61 - Lvl 2/3

Hessa street has been opened both ways down to Remraam in Dubai. So the 611 connects directly to the 311.

Speed limit is 80kph

This is amazing for the people who live down in Remraam as it takes 5km instead of 15/25km to get to the 311 now so the sooner the agenda can be made to the road the better.
