Can't fix problem (my level = 2)

Got a map problem:

You are going to have to wait until you can upgrade to level 3 (3 Cones) until you can edit it. I am level 2 and can't edit levels greater than mine. Refer to this: https://wiki.waze.com/wiki/Your_Rank_and_Points
