As MG said. To request unlock/update requests go here: viewforum.php?f=925 and start a new thread, post in the title your level, and in the thread body (message) add the permalink and an explanation of the problem.

Hi Area Manager Dubai,

There is a new R/A near I live, but I can't edit it on the map, because 2 of the streets there are grade 3 locked. Unfortunately I don't know how to produce a Permalink, so I added the coordinates: lon=55.15308 lat=25.00454317905659.
Can you please unlock it so that I can fix it?
