Please check this forum topic. Generally this results from an automated monitoring system. See if this web form results in any response.

Sometimes a waze champ may be able to look into this further if the web form doesn't get you anywhere but may not be able from the community side to do much about the flag.

Did you try searching for "flagged accounts" here?

I wasn't saying that that other thread would be able to help - it was just a reference of why you may have been flagged.

What I DID say was to try the web form indicated in my first response (which is what comes up when you search the support site for flagged accounts).
