Hey Guys,

Is it possible from time to time for someone from another country drop in on your scoreboard? For instance, can someone from say Costa Rica end up on our scoreboard (Belize) Since its not that many users, although growing, its easily to spot new or different members, if that makes sense. I was recently towering the scoreboard due to my editing frenzy over the past couple months and noticed out of no where another guy ended up on top, I checked his weekly edits and it was nowhere near enough to top any of us. Not even the bottom 40 members on our list. Is this the way the system works? Did someone somehow end up on our list from another country by error or is this just a case of a user that went dormant for sometime, did a 1-2 punch edit and was enough to bring him outta hibernation? No biggie, just wanna know how this all works.
