Unlock / Update Request Topic for Puerto Rico Forum

Hi forum moderators:

Puerto Rico needs a dedicated Unlock/Update Request section to be created in the front page of the Puerto Rico forum. Why? see below:

1. We want to have all unlock/update request in one organized and easy to find place.
(after the PR Mapraid the lock levels were raised and unlock requests are becoming more and more common)
2. The newly created Puerto Rico Wiki page can have a direct link to this unlock/update section
3. We can benefit of the "fancy permalink" feature of the WME toolbox
4. Do not interfere with the US unlock/update requests site

Excellent! Glad you can keep up with the wiki there! If you missed it, the the 'territories' root forum I put a list of links to the G+ Pages I have created for the territories. Their still pretty raw, but check it out. I find forums a little limiting for keeping up with people. The G+ page is easier. Nice to meet you, will get to know you better.
