Cefin, or Cotero2002 has been the "SM" for quite some time now for Puerto Rico. He has done an amazing job there and deserves to have more territory available to him. Since the NA standards of SM, CM and Local Champ are difficult to translate to American Territories, I will be officially unofficially making up a new position . Cefin will be taking American Virgin Islands along with Puerto Rico as the new ATR "Caribbean Basin manager". Please see Cefin for any needs in PR and also VI.
