Wont save new profile pic

I've tried several times to save a new profile picture but it just keeps displaying the old one even when I save changes.

Same on my lg g2, 4.4.2 android, most recent waze version. No picture change, tried several times.

Yes, same here, on Android HTC One (M7). Attempted to save profile picture several times. Default picture remains.
