I was in an web based exam lately, I updated my Chrome and disabled all plugins to do it. When I re-enabled WVM Validator it does not work.
The error message is "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'model' of undefined" and seems to occur on line 641. I use the extension from the Chome shop and reinstalled it to make sure I had the latest version.

Since it's related to the app.modeController, I assume this change is what broke it.
Can I fix it myself, or do I wait for an update to WME Validator?

For instance, in SER, Post Offices and Government buildings are always mapped as AP, but WME Validator complains about everyone one of them saying they should be a PP. Would be nice to be able to configure which categories are AP and which are PP.

I don't use this script at all, but I'm aware of fellow editors that use it in Portugal map, and they keep reverting editions of landmarks by changing them from areas to points. Ideally, this script should had  the possibility - like Magic - to set categories vs landmark type according to different country/community rules ...

Hi

I assume that this should work in the UK? I am getting the error:
Sorry,
You cannot use WME Validator over here.
Please check the forum thread
for more information.

Hello berestovskyy,

I created pull request with some fixes for polish abbreviations. All of them can be found on our official Wazeopedia here: https://wazeopedia.waze.com/wiki/Poland/Tabela_skrótów

Pull request link: https://github.com/WMEValidator/i18n/pull/22

Thanks in advance for review and approval :)

Hi, I'm using Version 73.0.3683.86 (Official Build) (64-bit) of Chrome, and Validator more often than not fails to load. I've tried disabling all extensions except validator, close, reopen, and it seems to exhibit the same issue. What kind of steps could I take to troubleshoot this further?

Sorry for the long overdue reply, when Validator fails to load, in the console I see (filtered as Validator):
WME Validator v2019.02.26: waiting for login...
When it succeeds (after a few refreshes) I see:
WME Validator v2019.02.26: login LysdexiaEht

Which Waze server do you use? Or which country you are from?
Australian (INTL) servers, and nothing in between ... but it's a repeatable phenomenon, if it's "waiting for login" Validator never loads.

My WME Validator suddenly reports in Spanish. I live in Sweden and as most parts of Europe we don't understand Spanish. Why does WME Validator default to Spanish and not English and how do I change that? Can't find any option under WME Validator settings.

I use Google Chrome and the languages used there is Swedish, English (USA) and English (UK).

Only thing I can think of is that Sweden has top domain ".se" and Spain has ".es". Could that have anything to do with it?

Thanks,
magfro
