For area manager, there is a layer in the editor that would help you.

If you look at each of the four segment highlighted in there connecting point you allowed a u-turn. This could cause routing issues. U-turns should not be enabled on "regular" turns, unless they are absolutely necessary and required.

I don't know a better way to display the area managers.

Adding u-turns is not best practice. If the u-turn is necessary it should be added, if not not. If someone misses a turn and believe that a u-turn will put him back on his route he don't need Waze for that. If all the u-turns will be activated it could create an exponential number of routing options that would overload the routing server.
