Anyone reported this through the support form? I've also seen reports about l6 editors made using twitter.

So I think I just made the connection. Seems that the US dashboard and point system 'died' around the same time as when the new points system (VIP Users) was announced on 7/7/11.
Hopefully this will all be sorted out soon...

Let's hope that whatever is causing this issue isn't going to cause the loss of effort/points/stats when Waze restores the functionality.
I'm stuck at number 2 in California for weeks, right behind you !

we hope to get it back up and running by tomorrow - but this is our hope (and yours), so please don't catch me by the word.

Here is the official Waze update, posted 7 hours ago by Krankyd on status.waze.com:
"Points and scoreboard on the http://www.waze.com - starting to update again
The process of updating the points (for US and Canadian wazers) is starting to work again, processing the big delays we had in the last couple of weeks.
You should notice in the next couple of days that your points are starting to go up - with every day that we process, your points will increase, starting from the last time your points were updated (around July 17th).
Thank you all for your patience. We hope that processing the backlog will be quick and soon you will see all the points you deserve in your dashboard!"
So hopefully this indeed means FIXED and just has to catch up on the backlog. So stats and points should still have some increasing to go

Just got done taking a closer look at the US server scoreboard. This weeks numbers suspicious. Seems likely that the point totals under 'this week' are for several weeks - maybe back to the date of the problem 7/6/2011.
Edit: Actually the point totals and ranks are the same on the 'this week's' and 'all times' tabs. Hopefully this is a temporary issue just for this week.

It looks like the weekly scoreboard numbers are finally recalculating on the US/Canada server. Last week the top scorer for each state went to the all time leaders after the point issue got resolved. Looks like the all time top scorers for each state will get top scorer again on Tuesday. Seems that next week it will be back to normal with the top weekly Wazers for each state getting the honors.

I suppose you should file a complaint with the managementAlanOfTheBerg wrote:We're better than before, but still not updating as frequently as it used to or is designed to.
My last rank update was also 8/11/2011 5pm. Recent routes last updated 8/13/2011 with routes showing until 8/11/2011.

I am also seeing My Dashboard updated to 8/16. Rank improved Should be able to crack the top 50 in US/Canada in a couple of weeks.AlanOfTheBerg wrote:They kick-started the points update for NA and points are updated as of 8/16. Krankyd wrote on the status site that they should be working fine, but I don't know if they have made the process run less frequently now...
And dangit, I dropped a rank again!
