Do we all see the same items? And do more spawn, or is there a fixed amount out there for the whole season?

The low point value is kind of disappointing. I'm starting to run out of regular road cookies as it is that are close enough to "on my way" that I'm willing to waste the extra gas/time on. Better off going straight home to edit.

Editing is surely a better value for all. But for the average Wazer that doesn't know that the map can be edited and doesn't know about the forum, Holiday Goodies are about as exciting as it gets.

It occurred to me I may have come off as ungrateful. Just wanted to say I really do appreciate developers adding stuff like this for our entertainment. I enjoyed running over goodies every few miles on the way home from work no matter what value they are =D

Last year, the Santa hats were 100 pts. Now 7. Nevertheless, I was excited to see cookies again. The regular cookies were all munched weeks ago, so it was about time to get these things back again! It's a great way to show the fun part to new users. For us "regular users", the points for the cookies don't really add-up too much...I guess I got 100 pts this morning from the cookies. Not a lot on ~300k points.

Seems to me that I saw a few spawn this morning on my drive home from work ... there was nothing at that spot last night, saw nothing there as I was driving, then POOF, there's a candy cane in front of me, and 2 seconds later, I'm 5 points closer to knocking "rescue557" off his pedestal as the #1 Wazer in NY. Might have just been some kind of lag or lull or something that caused this, but it happened three times this morning (including one Santa hat that I saw pop up on a path a mile behind me, that I had just come off of :x).

I was driving from Chattanooga to Knoxville yesterday evening. I had seen the splash screen in the early am, but no goodies during the day through numerous trips and start ups of the app. Then I stop for food around 5pm and when I start driving again there are goodies everywhere.

Spill, for as long as there have been goodies, I always see some pop up behind me or see myself munching an "invisible" goodie. The client seems to load the goodies much later than the road info, so sometimes it isn't in time. Especially when going 70-80 mph on the interstate.

I've gotten a few, but don't see myself going out of the way over 5 points.

Interesting ... most folks leave their Christmas decorations up at least until New Year's (some even until June or July, but let's not go there :D). It's nice to see that after such a long delay in getting these decorations out, Waze didn't waste any time in taking them back down as soon as Christmas Day was over. :P :?
