Worldmap: When can we expect the next update?

Hi,

I have done lots of updates for my neighbourhood around New Year's eve, and would like to see the results in my daily driving. Is there any kind of announcement or a timetable for the update of the live map?

I also added new roads in my area, Romania, Bucharest (EU), but not showing in the live map yet
How fast are maps updates processed?
It takes about 48 hours until the changes appears on the map.
If you still don't see the changes you can see when was the last update of the map at the bottom of the screen on the left side of the map.

This is the date of tiles available to the client. They will refresh when a route is set that traverses a tile or if you manually purge cached tiles via the data settings.

Updates are not allways reported on the status page. I saw someone mention that the Live Map was updated to Jan 2nd today.

Live Map says 1/1/12 today. Strangely, if I zoom to certain levels on the Live Map on the site, the new roads I created appear and disappear. What's that all about?

It's the closest one that appears outdated (compared to the posted date). At full zoom, it's old; next level: new; next level: old again.
