To do that you need:
1. Search the old place from your mobile and update the information by Report a problem > choose the the option available. The editor will do the approval.
2. At the present location. Using your mobile, go to the Report Menu > Place>(add picture and fill in the information). Editor will do the approval base on your information. Remember: Picture taken should show the exterior of the place (no people face, car registration number, blur, interior of the place allowed) Picture must be taken near to the place that show your place.

Alternatively, you can add the place yourself direct from Waze Map editor.
