My Address shown on Map isnt were it should be!!

Post by BrentSandiford
Hi, when you type my address into search bar in Waze, the point indicated on the map is in the incorrect place!
Can an address location on the map be changed??
If so, how??

Many incorrect places also stem from Google (Mapmaker) - double check there as well. Waze imports a lot of information from Google.

At least in the US, we should be able to correct waze routing without resorting to Google Mapmaker.

Hi Ned,

Map Maker edits do not expire.

There are tens of thousands of edits each day being approved, on top of all the ones that auto-publish due to the editors having high trust levels. If you're having issues, please do post in the forums there for advice on why you might be having such problems.

Google Map Maker is a complete mess. No one ever approves any edits in my area anymore unless you go to a discussion and complain about it. They just expire without ever being approved or denied.
