What I've done so far:
Under this section Segment Naming the table Wayfinder naming examples needs to have its columns aligned. The continuation sign image is overtaking the continuation road name. I went ahead and made the changes by doing the following mods:
- changed colspan=3 to 2
- added an extra line to recenter the rest of the images

So it goes from this

Finally, seeing as it's the only section with a table with a name on it, I made the table a sub of Segment Naming ( ===== Wayfinder Naming Example =====) unless that wasn't needed. Or should it be butted up against the text like the table in the section Configuration and have the images shrank so the table is closer to the text?
I have reverted this change.

Pesach's interpretation is correct. The "continuation sign" and "continuing road name" are both data pulled from the image. The colspan was not set in error. Besides, the original configuration fits better within the size of the Wiki.

I like the pictures showing that the straight through from off ramp to on ramp should be green if legally allowed to do (some are posted as illegal). BDP should prevent it, but if the main road is closed for bridge maintenance then the off ramp to on ramp might be the way to go for some period of time.
For consistency between the diamond and the Single-point urban interchange (SPUI), I think the straight through (from off ramp to on ramp) should be allowed there too if legal.

I also have a couple comments about the table...
It's a potentially useful table, but it's a bit difficult to read due to the width limitations of the wiki page. I would recommend cropping the images to only show just the necessary components of the BGS.

i also agree with Pz re the two columns—I prefer the colspan.

Is this a good place to note that reference to City name should be removed from this section of the sub-page on interchanges:

Because waze team has made clear what we also observe -- that presence, absence, continuity, or change of city name has no bearing any longer on BDP. The following phrase should simply be removed:
– as long as the city name on the freeway is the same (or set to "no city") before, throughout, and after the collector-distributor.
